in my personal journey of self-renewal, the process of reconnecting with my past self and aligning it with my future self demands introspection & raw honesty. i’ve come to realize that much of the love and care i extended in the past was misplaced. i have at times succumbed to the allure of self-destructive behaviors, both physically and emotionally, resulting in the loss of my inner serenity.

as i continue to grow and gain a deeper understanding of my true needs and potential, i’ve had to let go of many aspects of my life that i once thought sustained me. the way I now safeguard my body, soul, inner light, and aspirations has evolved, as it should when we permit old cycles to end and embrace new ones. in retrospect, the challenges and lessons i encountered have served a far greater purpose than i initially comprehended.

i am gradually freeing myself from the grip of fear of the unknown and self-imposed limitations, experiencing a new sense of liberation. nevertheless, there's more work to be done and more inner flames to ignite as i purify my reborn self.
